Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to X Aviate International Aerospace ("X Aviate", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Instructor accounts may require approval before gaining access to instructor features.

2. Courses and enrollment

Access to a course is granted upon successful enrollment. Where a course requires payment, access is granted after payment is confirmed. Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning and may not be redistributed.

3. Payments and refunds

Paid enrollments are processed through our payment provider. Applicable fees are shown before purchase. Refund eligibility, where offered, is described at the point of purchase or on request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, sharing account access, or uploading unlawful or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content, trademarks, and course materials are owned by X Aviate or its licensors and are protected by law. Certificates issued reflect completion and remain subject to verification.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, X Aviate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
